The gated community has 2 pools, tennis courts, walking paths, private beach and marina. It was built in the 80’s on the site of Carr’s and Sparrow beach. The beach was a renowned summer resort and music venue. Greats like Fats Domino, Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder performed there.
Chesapeake Harbour is divided into four villages that surround the marina. The first Village has 244 garden and loft condos. The Second village is also garden and loft condos. 45 garage duplex town homes make up the Harbour Marina Village. While 67 four level garage and beach front townhomes make up the Townhome Village. Your HOA and Condo fees depend on which village you live in
If you want to have a workshop but are looking for a townhome on the water, Dreams Landing may be the place for you. The community has a workshop complete with everything you need to work on a project. For a monthly fee owners can use the facility. The community has the normal waterfront amenities including a fitness club, pool and marina.
Want to be in the middle of it all in downtown Annapolis and be on the water? Market Quay may be right for you. The community boosts a water front pool and deep water slips. The HOA fee for this community is one of the most expensive in Annapolis though. But worth if it you want the downtown Annapolis lifestyle.
